I just want all to know I am not trying to put anyone on blast but just wanted to know who out there may be feeling my pain. ItÃÔ not an issue but like others have said just a little communication would be nice. The things I order are really not that big of a deal but when I can look at my status of an order and it has sat there processing for over a week that makes me wonder. Shoot me an e-mail and let me know, I am totally cool with it all.
I have heard some awesome things about Joel, and even read a wonderful article about him in the DAN magazine; so this was nothing targeted at him, but just as the communications that comes out of TDL. I know he is busy, and like you all say he runs a ÅÔerious operation, but I have had many orders made and shipped in half the amount of time it has to get anything from them. Best part about it all is, if I send other companies an e-mail or call I get something in return in less then 24 hours; to this day nothing from TDL!
Just cause I decided to Å×ent doesnÃÕ mean I will not use them anymore, they carry one of the biggest selections of tech gear and have a wonderful site. I will just make sure I am more time conscious when I am ordering.
I am going to run and hide now!
