The water temp was 60
vis was 0 til you got out to the 16' depths where it got to about 1 1/2 '

OK I just finished the Dive and the conditions are :

02/19/06 - at 9:30am
water 59-62 degrees F 59 at bottom(18 ft) 62 towards surface
Surf glassy - no waves
visibilty - spotty - with 0 in some areas and others 5 ft , overall visibility
Fair to good for venice beach.
Out 150 yards is 3-5ft visibility :D , in shore 0 vis :05:

I usually can stay down 90 minutes on one tank, but, my 3mm wetsuit was only good for 30 minutes. I only found about a dozen small ones. I am sure I would have found more , but, I was just too cold.

Dv4fun where did you go out from?
I did Service Club. Was in for 63 min. and started to get cold with a 7 mm.
Didn't get out to the 21-23' area I like.
No megs this dive but picked up about 50 small teeth including 2 hemis and a tiger.
Lost a few due to the gloves, once you missed the silt killed any chance of finding it again.
You wouldn't get me in the water today with a 3mm.

My buddy was in a 3 mil suit (I was trying out my drysuit). Because of the vis, we both held on to the flag, and I could feel him shivering. Dive time 12 minutes. I did find 3 teeth, though :)
