Venice Beach Dive Sat Oct 29th??

The water was flat yesterday, there was just no viz.

Alright - I am try to make it to Venice on Nov 5th and keep my fingers crossed for some vis. Any recommendations on a wetsuit thickness for beach diving?

A 3 mil should be OK for now, but it will get colder soon.

124min at 18 feet, just a skin was fine, lets you enjoy the scotch more at the end of the dive

I figured I would be fine with my 3mm for a few more weeks. I am going to start to shop around for a thicker wetsuit (and hood) for the upcoming months.

It won't be long before I break out the 7 mm suit. The Gulf gets too cold.

Good news for Sat/Sun dive - it looks like the winds are going to be East to North-East all week with 2-3 foot seas.
