Vehicle rental Curacao

Is a 4-wheel drive necessary for shore diving in Curacao....what kind of vehicle would work out best? I can't seem to find a car rental agency that has 4-wheel drive vehicles available. Any suggestions on a car rental agency?

You don't need 4 wheel drive. I believe Budget is the biggest agency on the island.
