Not sure where to post this, but I'm looking for streching/range of motion excersise to do to help with valve drills, any ideas?

What are you having trouble with?

R..

The book titled Fitness For Scuba by Adams and Adams offers some good exercises as well.

Thanks Rick. I have short arms and can use more flexibility.

Those are some really good streches, they helped me quite a bit. I try and do these just real quick before my first dive of the day, I was very surprised at how much difference it made vs the days when I didn't do them.

I found that if you can reach the back of your head at the neck you should be able to work your valves.

So, I have a slightly different approach, first for those who don’t know me. I’m a fashion designer by trade. I have a knack for flat pattern manipulation. You see where i’m going with this?
I don’t think the the restriction is in the normal human shoulder.
There is a term in pattern making known as ease, this sneaky little devil holds the key.
I made myself a new suit. Now, left post right handed who knew?

Food for thought,

So Al,
When can we get one of these miracle suits?
Or are you planning a new line of drysuits?
Or maybe you could modify my existing suit?
Please let me know,
Milo

I've actually seen Al reach over to his left post with his right hand.

I'd say he looked like a circus freak, but that wouldn't be nice, so I won't say it. :D
