I would like to comment on the great customer service and professionalism I experienced with Vallarta Undersea in PV, Mexico. I had made a reservation with Vallarta Undersea when I thought that I was scheduling with another dive shop. The friend that I was diving with did his Resort Cert with this other dive shop. We then realized that we had reservations with Vallarta Undersea and a Resort Cert with another shop. We needed to cancel last minute with Vallarta Undersea. They helped us and gave us both almost a full refund. I did not expect this. Very professional and I will be sure to dive with them in the near future! Thank you Vallarta Undersea!
