Does anyone know of any CCR programs that are covered by the VA by using the GI Bill? As in they give you your own unit and the course? Anywhere in the U.S.

Yes, so more info, it is not just a specialty cert, but to use the GI Bill you have to become an instructor, so I believe an open circuit instructor rating is required. Look up Hawaii Scuba University and should get you, if you can't find it let me know, I will try to find it and send a link.
