Don't have any experience with V4tec. However there are a couple of sources for that sort of set-up (Dolphin-BP adapter). If the Germans don't work out, try Diving Equipment Specialties (photo attached), Enrique has a good rep..
I've seen an H-frame attached to the Dolphin's shell that fits some of the holes already there. It was a pre-production unit, check with Wayne at SSA-Riverside, e-mail: wayne@ssa-riverside.com
