Diving V-weight for doubles. Weighs ~11 lbs. I added an extra set of holes to optimize my trim (I think this v-weight started closer to 12 lbs). I believe I purchased it from Northeast scuba a few years ago.
Available for local pickup in Beaverton for $45. I am also happy to ship it. The weight fits (just barely) in a flat rate medium size box which runs $15.
