I haven't used Paradise Divers (I live on Utila 3-5 months a year) but their facilities and boat is greatly improved over the last few years. It used to be about the furthest thing from Paradise i could imagine, tiny boat, awful accommodations but it now looks like it might be a first class operation.
My favorite dive op is definitely We-Dive Utila but they are located on the Utila Cays and only service the south shore rental houses, so not good for people staying in Utila town.
