Using Euro tank in Canada?

Saw this for sale locally: Like New: Euro DIN steel dive tank (12L) Victoria City, Victoria

Any idea of manufacture?

Are there issues with using a European tank with M25x2 tank valve threads?

That tank does not seem to have a CTC certification and therefore can not be certified for use in Canada. I would pass on it.

That is what I expected. 75 bucks, too good to be true...
