Using a Scubapro FFM

I'm trying to find information on the Scubapro FFM. I found one unused at a garage sale and bought it. The port on the left, is that used for communications such as the Ocean Reef GSM?

Yes the left port is for optional communications. The right is the surface air breathing valve.

Great, that's what I was looking for. Nothing on Scubapro's website says otherwise, and there's no downloadable manual.
