Do moderators all get giant photos, whereas users (and even, er, "Veterans") only get super tiny ones?

All user groups have the same dimension limits for their profile pictures (for example, the "registered" user group has a picture limit of 250x250 as does the moderator user group).

Then how does Ber Rabbit have a picture that's 790x1181? I was fairly upset when my profile picture was removed, and I was forced to find a different picture that would size down so small.
Admins can upload any photo they want, I suppose the photo in question was simply uploaded that way. I will make sure Ber Rabbit's photo is reduced so it fits the profile page and doesn't cause it to blow out of preportion.
I have increased the max photo size to 500 wide x 400 tall.
