I am in High Springs Florida. I used to own a dive shop in Minnesota and this regulator was abandoned by one of our customers. I have had for years and figured it was time to move it out. I am not aware of any problems with the regulator, however it will definitely need an annual service.

Thanks for your reply. I'm trying to help a friend of mine that has two kids and trying to get an extra degree, ( so a bit temporarily impoverished) :-D. Unfortunately your location is too far for either of us. Again thanks and good luck.
