So I have a Tern TX that is only about 8 months old, and only been on 10-12 dives. It's the 2nd Tern TX we have. Both were updagted to the latest Firmware V35 that fixes the nitrox/air bug.

The newer Tern gives a red Battery Low warning at the beginning of each dive at descent; The battery is actually full or well-charged, ranging from 65%-96%. You can clear it and it does not come back during the dive. However, on subsequent dives the warning always alerts. This Tern did not do this before the firmware update.

Shearwater is of course covering this as a RMA repair (shipment to Canada required), but I'm curious if anyone else has experienced it.
