I am thinking maybe a Promate Tornado?

That first stage looks like it's the RG-1002 from AroPec.

I believe ProMate does not manufacture themselves. What they have on offer looks very much like what several Taiwanese OEMs offer, AquaTec, Ocean Divers Supply , Aropec and Tilos among them. I can never distinguish who makes what with these, but I believe Ocean Divers Supply is the main manufacturer.

Some of ProMates regulators still bear the AquaTec logos.

You can look at the RG-1002 Ice schematics and simply ignore the environmental seal parts.

Thanks for the information. I was thinking it was some variation of an Ocean Divers regulator.
