No, but they know where the seahorses and frogfish hang out.

Although it isn't required that you have a Divemaster lead you, the ones from any of the dive shops here are very familiar with the Pier and how to find the really rare sea critters found underneath it, like Seahorses, Batfish, Frogfish, and lots of others. Once you've done one guided dive under the Pier you can go back and dive to your heart's content.
