We did a two-tank boat dive with El Mar in San Carlos, they call it a local dive, for $119 each. They will go out within 20-30 minutes of the marina to rocky islands and inlets according to what kind of dive you request. They have a two diver minimum which for us meant we were the only divers on the boat besides our guide. Jose speaks perfect english and gave a thorough pre-dive briefing but once in the water only guided us to the interesting locations and otherwise left us to go wherever we pleased. Can't recommend highly enough!
