Temp in July was:
0-15m: 27 degree celsius
15-100m: 17 degree
Some of us dived in a light drysuit with light underwear, some dived in 7mm semidry. Both was perfectly OK.

I would go with dry suit and very thin undergarments. I can dive that in any water temperature. Only problem is dressing up in 40C out of the water.

Both suits have advantages and disadvantages. One dry suit disadvantge I did not think of: we drive to the dive site by RIB, we start putting on the suits while driving. On a bulky ride there are some splashes coming, the undergarments get wet. Not a big issue but in this case a wetsuit is better.
Dressing up in 40C is a problem anyway, no matter if dry or wet suit. Do it as late as you can and as fast as you can, then jump into water immerdiately :)
