With exception of the 10ft waterproof case, I am unable to locate an underwater case for my SD400. Do you know if they make one, and where can I buy it.

Thanks.

They should be listed on Canon's web site or at www.digideep.com

I think I remember that there is only the snorkelling case (AW designation) available for this model as I bought my mom one and it's all I could find.

This is the first site I found after a quick search. I'm sure there's more sites to be found. I've got the Canon underwater case that I bought from an internet site. It's rated to 40m/130ft but I've only had it down to about 20 feet (snorkeling only so far) and it's proved to be watertight. You've got to be deligent, though, making sure that the o-ring is completely clean before closing it up or else you'll get leaks (hasn't happened to me yet). I'll probably have it down deeper this Dec. when I get back to Cali, so I'll wait to see if it holds up to deeper depths.

That link is compatible with the SD600, not the SD400. It may work, but it might not as each model has slight differences and it doesn't take much to not work in a housing.

That model also has the WP designation which is the deeper housing.

The OE Canon underwater "All Weather Case" for the SD400 is the AW-DC30 ...but it only seems to be rated to 3m? Odd

BUT if it is built the same as the other cases, I am sure the 3m/10' rating is just a conservative figure, I had my Canon cases rated to 100' and 130' to past 200' without issues.
