It's really, really, really worth it to use a drysuit-specific undergarment.

I use a Diving Concepts TPS Thinsulate Extreme, which is 200 gm Thinsulate lined with fleece.

Just ordered me the Diving Concepts TPS Thinsulate Extreme as well.

What does everyone wear under their drysuits?

I wear a single DUI undergarment for summer temps and a second torso layer for winter temps. Drysuit specific undergarments are important, particularly the way they are shaped near the neck and such so as not to interfere with the neck seal on the suit, etc. They are not cheap but will last a very long time with care.

DUI 200 gram thinsulate under a TLS350. I pretty much stick to temps in the low 60s and up down here in South Florida, so you may want to adjust per your local conditions.

I wear a Bare Comfort Extreme for the summer and parts of the fall and spring. When it gets cold in the water I go to a Weezle Extreme Plus. In a Compressed Neoprene suit I'm very comfortable even for long periods of time (2 and 3 hour plus dives).
