UP could have died with that Can light mounted upside down...We are so lucky he survived this tragic ordeal. :D

Glad I didn't wait for you guys ... was the young fellow waiting for you to return his mask still there when you came up?

105 minutes? Sheesh ... Geof and I only lasted 63 minutes on essentially the same profile. Did the Ranger also make you forget to breathe?

Wendy's been MIA all week ... we spent some time looking for her as well.

FWIW - vis was the best I've seen all week ... maybe 10-12 feet ...

Here is a Cucumaria miniata feeding itself.

Because of the Zeagle Ranger the colors in my photo lack the drab lifeless look of the NOAA picture linked above.

No... he couldn't wait another hour and left after 45 minutes and a bowl of chili.

LOL!!! The original post was too funny but then the sarcasm study.... please keep this thread alive!

I would consider yourself fortunate that the damn thing didn't float you on your face and kill you!!!

Oh, and you didn't pull that red handle did you??
If you pull that, you will have to send it back to the factory to have it reassembled!

Oh, and you didn't happen to get the BC wet did you???

Water voids the lifetime warranty, in case you were unaware!!!

On a serious note, would someone please buy this BC from OU812 (or whatever it is) so I can quit hearing about it...;)

Pug, when I first saw the thread, I thought that Walter had hacked into your screen name...

I thought that was to activate the ejector seat? So you are telling me it puts on the "BC needs servicing soon" light????

Actually Scott I told OE2X he could probably get an extra $100 for it since it has now been *Pug Tested*.

Folks... for those who are ironically challenged and sarcastically impaired, you probably didn't understand my initial post. Let me simplify:

There isn't anything wrong with the Zeagle Ranger BC. If you need an excuse for your inability to maintain trim & buoyancy as well as have great gas consumption then by all means blame your gear. :D But it ain't the gear.

A lot of folks dive Rangers around here. They are very popular and though I prefer a backplate wing I had no trouble at all using the Ranger for this dive.

But then I can reverse kick using Appalling Biofins too. :D

(OE2X wanted $375 for his like brand spanking new Zeagle Ranger BC but you can buy it now for $475!)

Yabbut, can you manage to maintain trim and buoyancy wearing a USelessIA drysuit ??? ;)
