It's OK, Uncle Pug . . .
At least you did remember to put on your "Depends" under your dry suit.

So who got the pictures of UP in the ranger? :) With camera phones and cameras so readily available there had to be atleast one! I mean come on, OE2X was carrying a camera, don't tell me you didn't click one off of UP really quick while he wasn't looking.

I had a ranger for a time. I also tried a tech and a techpack. I am determined sometimes. I was still using the Zeagles when I first opened my shop. Our Zeagle sales rep was also our first tech instructor so he was there as we struggled to find a functional way to carry can lights, backup lights, decompression bottles, reels ect. As UP points out there are plenty of drings just not in the right place. Zeagle is a good company, their products are durable and they stand behind them but no one was interested in the problems we saw with some of the features so we reluctantly moved on to a backplate and harness. I even had some one call asking what I would like to see in a new model when they were working on that "special addition" or whatever it was called. I don't know if it was a marketer they hired or what but they didn't listen to me then either. I guess Zeagle just doesn't want to be that kind of bc.

Of course they now make plates which is a good thing. With some simple modifications their wing should work fine for doubles although a single wing should be just that and not a tied down doubles wing, IMO.

It was the Ranger's fault his drysuit smelled so bad this morning.

UP have you been talking to Walter?? He is the one that usually comes up with the "the Ranger is a design flaw" BS...but he is serious.
I do have to agree about the D-rings and I am not a tech diver.

Too funny!

Well UP,
You gotta do, what you gotta do to get in the water, even if that means strapping the Ranger on and jury riggin the rest of the stuff. Hey, could've been worse, imagine divin' finless ;)
