Unable to change profile picture?

I've tried everything in "My Profile", including clicking on the profile picture itself.

I can't see any option to actually change the picture. Also checked out the How-To sub forum and didn't see anything in there.

How is this done?

Never mind - just found it in the User CP....

Why User CP differs from Profile seems like a UX design problem, but that's my software engineer bleeding through.
Can't find a way to delete the post so just made this addition.
