New hand rails along the path down to Ulua beach were installed this week. Much nicer than the rusty metal rails held together with duct tape! I wonder if my Hawaii state taxes or WCA dues paid for the new rails?

They put similar rails in at Keawakapu about a week ago. Only problem is they lost about 10" of width on the already tight stairs! Hard to get through with a scooter now...
