"Ultimate Sea Scooters" is not clear on the concept of "sale"

I clicked on the buoyancy chamber to see if perhaps it is a typo, but no. It really is "on sale" for $39.99.

The bag and the buoyancy chamber have "sale" price higher than the regular price.

Also, the sale price on the pump is only 5 cents less than the regular price. Which is technically a sale, I suppose.
