I just e-mailed them recently on a weekend. To my surprise I got an answer Monday... very nice, professional and satisfied... I also mentioned to them (suggested) that they participate in the manufacturer forum here.... Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised to get a real answer, and a good one.. great job UK info@uwkinetics.com
