Another super happy customer who experienced excellent Shearwater "service" recently.
I happened to be at DEMA 2024 and mentioned to one of the folk at the Shearwater booth the scratches on my Teric dial. Fortunately I live in Las Vegas so I was able to fulfill: "Bring it by and we'll take a look at it".

Turns out was just the screen protector doing its job. SW folk replaced it on the spot!
