Good morning,
Think I just did something dumb. I had the itch to bid on something and I was browsing Ebay and saw a Dive Light that seemed to be going fairly cheap. It was a rechargeable UK 1200 R Halogen light. Bid was only 25.00 and I figured what the heck. Anyhow the bid info said that new batteries were required. I bid on the light and got it for 26.00. I thought it was a pretty good deal. BUT after researching it, Batteries will not be expensive but UK does not make replacement bulbs for the thing . Anyone know if the light is worth putting another 20 or so into it for the batteries? And are there any other sources for the bulb. UK's website said they were specially made for them and that due to low demand production was dropped. I'd appreciate any info. Also do Halogen bulbs normally last very long or do they go out pretty quick.
