U-boat trip

what a good day for diving..
2-3 foot seas. with a 5 to 10 kt wind outa the south...
it built a little in the late afternoon to about 3 to 5.
the u boat was good. we had about 8 feet of viz.. and the temp on the botom was 58 ish..
theres alot of dragging going on in the area, so there was alot of stuff churned up in the water......
but it was all good.

Thank you for the update and conditions report I would have been if I could have gotten off work in time. Thank you for your original post informing us of open spots on the Seeker. Did you ask where they were headed this weekend? Just curious as I hope to dive on Sun and Mon. Sid

No...it was like being in the twilight zone...I came home, dinner was on a plate, ready for me...she offered me a beer....(I didn't take it)...she wasn't mad....wierd....very wierd.

As in.. is there anything scheduled for this comming weekend?
As of right now, no... the boat is avalable for booking all thru the winter.
also.. just a little FYI for everyone out there...if somone wants to organize there own trip and provides 6 people.. your spot (the 7th) is free

I realy hope that some people take advantage of the slower months on NE diving.
the viz offshore greatley improves by leaps and bounds in the winter months...

i really hope that the local divers take advantage of this, as now there is a boat in the area running all year around.
Tech, and recreational divere alike will enjoy the experence.
