Soggy or Matt,

assuming a no-deco profile, what mix do you guys use?

Depends what you plan to do for an NDL dive. To optimize every possible minute I would suggest EAN30 for a 12 minute dive with 118' as a max depth. If you want to descend down to the sand (125') I would suggest EAN29. Basically ditto what Soggy suggested.

For deco I use air for backgas and EAN70.

I seldom dive the U or other BI wrecks without staying the weekend at BI (and diving multiple times). There is one shop on BI and they only have air available.
