Outstanding dives last Sunday. U-352 had about 70 feet of vis, no current, and water temp right around 68 degrees. Huge bait balls all over the wreck.

SPAR had about 60 feet of visibility, water a little cooler at 66. Sand Tigers all over, with some rays settled in the sand.

All in all, a very fun trip. Much better conditions than I was expecting for Springtime diving in NC.

Not unusual for May and June. Algal blooms and thermoclines usually start in July or August and are very unpredictable. They are usually covered up in migrating gags too.
