For Labor day weekend, we reserved a 6 pack pontoon boat for two days of 3 tank dives per day and need 2 more divers to complete the group. Cost is ~$30 per dive if we split the boat 6 ways (not including tanks, air fills or lodging). We're staying at the Goosecreek Econolodge and there are still a few rooms available for very reasonable rates. All 4 divers in the group are experienced meg tooth hounds with numerous Cooper dives and lots of teeth and fossils to show for it. But we would welcome a newbie cause they generally bring the luck of the really big teeth with them to the boat. The boat carries an experienced DM who will buddy with a newbie and help them find the good stuff. We plan to dive Saturday and Sunday. Contact me if you are another Cooper hound or would like to try it out for the first time.
