With the great success of our 2006 workshop at Scuba Seraya, Tulamben, Bali, we are pleased to announce two workshops for 2007. Once again the workshops will take place at Scuba Seraya on the shore of one of the top muck dives in the world, Seraya Secrets.
We are offering two curriculums this year in order to offer something to a wider variety of skill sets. The first workshop will take place Oct 5-12 and is entitled "Underwater Photography for Dummies" this workshop is perfect for anyone brand new to photography and all digital camera setups are welcome for this course. This workshop will discuss everything from fstops and shutter speeds, strobe positioning, computer workflow, and basic Photoshop techniques. We have a max of 12 spots available with 3 photo instructors on hand, giving us a 4:1 ratio...
The second workshop will be from Oct 12-19 and is entitled "Advanced Underwater Photography" this workshop is for folks with some UW photography experience. We skip the basic composition and lighting techniques and concentrate more on advanced techniques such as the use of filters and white balance, modelling, motion blur, slow shutters, and advanced PS work. Again, a 4:1 ratio with 3 instructors and 12 students.
