Really nice shot! I have found it is sometimes hard to keep the water blue when you are trying to adjust it out of the rest of the picture... you did a great job!

Try Replace Color, to be found in:Enhance/Adjust Color/ Replace Color - Eye drop the blue and then play with Saturation, Hue and Lightness .....might just do the trick
