Turning the HERO3 LCD back off

Besides for turning the LCD off manual after I start the video recording, is there a way to set it to turn itself off after a certain time? I can do this on Hero2 but cannot find how to do this on 3.

No option for this atm, a bit of an annoying bug or omission. Hopefully a future firmware update will bring this setting back.
