My wife and I are thinking about doing a trip aboard the Agressor. Never have been on a liveaboard. Don't know when we are going. Trip is still in the early planning stages. Any comments will be greatly appreciated.

My dive buddy and I have been on the Fiji Aggressor and the Cayman Aggressor. Both trips were fantastic with great crews. My biggest fear is getting stuck on a liveaboard with a group of people that we are not compatible with. So far, we've been lucky. You get to go to dive sites that are more remote and pristine and see more than day boat or shore diving. Every diver should try it at least once. -Pam

I'm a single diver and have done numerous LA, some Aggressor and others. Great way to dive, but that about all you'll do is dive. If you're not looking to do 3-5 dives a day, then this probably isn't for you.

Since your wife is your buddy (I assume), don't worry about who will be there. I've always found compatible dive buddies and I'm fairly picky as dive buddies go. You can always dive with the DM and that a pretty good thing to do anyway. They know their way around and where the best stuff should be. I usually start with the DM, then see who I'm comfortable with. ON a couple trips, I've stayed with the DM the entire time.

That said, I've found a few buttheads, but the vast majority of divers on LAs are experienced and easy to get along with both in and out of the water.

Aggressor is an excellent op as it Explorer IMHO.

Search SB or PM me if you'd like more info.

My wife and I have done the Belize Aggressor and now the Turks in December. We plan to do them all. You can't beat the diving experience, acommodations and professional crew of the Aggresor fleet.
