Hi Everyone,
You all were so helpful the last time I posted a mystery, that I am hoping someone can help again. I tool this picture while diving in Curacao recently. Could it be a tunicate of some kind or something else or is it just a blob:idk: IMG_0022 (9)cropped.jpg? I can't figure it out.
Thanks, Liz

It does look like is has two openings...could be in-current and out-current siphons. I dont suppose you touched it by any chance? If it closed I would go with tunicate, if not...most likely a sponge.

Didn't think to touch it. I hadn't thought of a sponge. Guess I'll do a little more research. Thanks for the reply.
Liz
