I'm a Fish!
I know it doesn't involve Cozumel, a midwest quarry, Bonaire, or Florida, but there was an 8.7 earthquake today off the eastern coast of Russia which has prompted a tsunami warning for the afore mentioned regions.
You might want to cancel that night dive and seek some higher ground if you're on the west coast.
It's supposed to hit Monterey about 0040 hours
7/30/2025.
...if anybody cares?
Just sayin'

And also Galapagos I hear …

All of our beaches here in Laguna Beach are closed overnight tonight. Waves don't appear very large at present, but lots of churned up white water. Grab your surfboards - its cowabunga time. 😁
