Left her this bottle of Merlot yesterday afternoon:

I have been away from the board for awhile and I was dismayed and saddened to learn of Lynne's passing. If I may ask, where was she diving at the time?

See post #1 in this thread by her husband.

I don't often post here on ScubaBoard anymore, but that does not mean that I don't think of Lynne. Her passing still gives me pause. It has now been 4 years and she is still missed.

I had the good fortune to dive with her, and we corresponded several times. I counted her as a friend.

Lynne, you are missed, and you made a positive impact on those who's lives you touched. Peter, you are still in my thoughts.

Mark -- Thank you.

Life IS a journey and it continues and brings new chapters.

I'm not diving as much as I did when we were a team but then I've also moved and it isn't as easy (and the water has gotten colder here in Puget Sound and the gear has gotten heavier!).

For me, another new chapter will commence in two weeks when I get married to a wonderful lady who is a non-diver.

And yes, it is hard to believe it has been 4 years.

Wish you the best Peter...
