I have been to Roatan numerous times; although not nearly as much as Roatanman. I am taking a small group there on Oct. 10 for a week at Fantasy Island. I will be remaining there, all by myself, staying at a different resort - Reef House Resort.

I hope that the world does not end while I am there - :).

Take care,

Joe

Roatanman-

Not to get off track or anything, but you live in Honduras and I just get get the news up here.

What do the Hondurans you know think about Zelaya and Michelleti?
Do you see any effects of this in the bay islands?
What's next?
What do Hondurans think about Chavez and his alleged ties to Zelaya?

Curious in PA,

Tim

I used to have property there. My RoatanMan name was likely, in retrospect, a bad choice. We dive about 7 weeks a year, two of them annually in Roatan. I have worked for the government of the Bay Islands.

All I can tell you that everything on the Islands is "business as usual".

Unfortunately, the travel business really sucks right now.

Explaining politics? No thanks.

Chicken is good, though.
