) vs time can be downloaded to a regular computer. Then you can run it though pen and paper and your favourite tables (or a dive planner program you do trust), and see how close the numbers you get match what the computer told you.
There are computers that incorporate temperature and heart rate into their algorithms. ScubaPro's big internal push right now (or so I was told) is to incorporate "biometrics" into their computers.
Personally, until their is a published (i.e. non-proprietary) algorithm, like Buhlmann or VPM, that incorporates those parameters and is shown to be as safe as those others, I'll do without, thanks.
