Troll Looking for a Brad Pitt Look-a Like Diving Buddy

Ok..maybe not. How about decent human beings, males or females just to go diving with for fun. I have about 100 dives. I prefer boat dives on Saturdays but can go during the week as well. I'm new to this forum and I'm still trying to put my profile together. First thing is first...right now I need diving buddies so that I can go diving asap. I'm from Los Angeles, California. I prefer the convenience of the boats in Ventura but willing to go to Long Beach or Catalina.

Might want to let people know where you are Posting in the geographic forum that includes your region (if there is one) is the easiest way to find buddies in your area. The "Great Lakes Wrecking Crew" usually has someone diving every weekend and some during the week.

LOL! Since the profile's can't be edited at the moment (server issues) I couldn't even cheat and see where you were from. The California group is really active, actually there are two groups, NorCal and SoCal. Both look like fun groups judging by the threads about dives they put together and the post-dive posts.

Post this in the S. CA group, and you will no doubt find a number of people who dive there on a weekly basis, however they seem to be into the shore diving more so than boats.

If you don't mind a relative newbie, I'll dive with you. I have passed AOW. I prefer saturday boat dives to shore dives. You're going to find out, as I did this last two weekends, that the boats are pretty full and last minute dives are pretty tough to arrange. Only boat I have been on is the Sundiver our of Long Beach, although I have tried the last two Saturdays to dive the new Sunfish in Ventura, but the timing didn't work out (full on Sundays, not enough to go out on Saturdays). I'm trying to get some bottom time in before going to Little Cayman on the 19th.

I live just east of Pasadena, so can go any direction to dive. PM me any time.

PS- Not exactly Brad Pitt, but a decent human being.
