Hi CWK,

Thanks for your excellent video. Off-topic, but just wondering: Tony, the chef on the Solmar, announced earlier this year that he was retiring at the end of this year, which is to say, right around now. Was anyone working with him in the kitchen to learn his recipes?

Granted, food is a very subjective thing, but I've always felt that the food on the Solmar has been well above average for liveaboard food. I've tried many tortilla soups in town and Tony's tortilla soup is second to none. I'm just hoping that the food on board doesn't take a sharp turn downwards after he leaves. Thanks.
