I'm trying to decide on trip insurance for Oct 9th trip to CoCo view. I have dive insurance and health insurance but hate wasting money on trip insurance. The last time I purchase trip insurance it was $90pp. If anyone knows of a good insurance less expensive please let me know or should I even worry about it?

Maybe repost this in another forum?

I awlays do Trip Iinsurance when leaving the US. The airline is only liable on luggage for up to $9.07 a pound on International flights. Some medical policies have exclusions outside of the US. It's hurricane season, and that's something you don't want to be there for.

I use Access America: ph 800-284-8300

I'm traveling f/ MN to Roatan in Oct. - go to travelguard.com or travelsafe.com - both pretty competitive & offer a lot of coverage.
