Which Canadian providers give the best value for money? What are Dan / Padi policies priced like? Could either cover a Cuba trip?

Normal trip insurance? RBC. It works. I have had to cancel a vacation. Everything paid out.

Yes, went in August for a week in Veradaro. We dove with Baracuda Dive Centre and had a great time. We did bring all or our own gear except tanks and lead, though, so I can't speak to the quality of the rental gear other than to say I did not hear anyone complaining about it.

US companies like DAN & Padi cannot send money to Cuba you know. They might reimburse? I don't know what y'all do about dive insurance?
