I found tons of titans in Thailand. In fact there are several sites with very grumpy ones that don't like divers much (Koh Tao). You have to take care because one of their "defensive" moves is to try and smack you on the back of your head. And Triggers especially Titans have heads that seem to be made of iron...

I saw tons of Triggers in the Andaman and in the gulf. No Picassos though....sadly
 
I was diving around Layang Layang (Spratly Islands) last week - saw so many yellowmargin triggerfish Pseudobalistes flavimarginatus; there was one literally every few metres or so on the reef guarding their patch. Some were huge and quite aggressive but not as determined as the Titans fron Ko Tao.
