Not too far west of Baltimore from what I have seen...just west of clarkesville... Triadelphia Reservoir - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The reservoir is maintained as a drinking water source by the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC).

Based on this fact, I doubt they allow diving in it. I'm unaware of any drinking water supplies where swimming or diving is allowed... but then again... it may not hurt to ask the WSSC.

I just called and they said no diving, swimming or power boating. RATS:coffee:

The fishing is good there!

Nothing to do with diving I know. Most of all the lakes in the Montgomery/PG/Howard and other counties are all off limits to swimmings and diving. The lake at Black Hills Regional Park in Boyds would be a sweet place to dive but it too is off limits.
