Hey Rick -

You have an idea of a schedule for the weekend? For example, is Saturday the big diving day, while friday is mainly set up & greet, and sunday is tear down & say goodbye, or are people gonna hang around on sunday? Just curious, cause I have to be somewhere in the morning on Sunday and am wondering if I will miss anything.

Hi Gerald,

There are so many people coming for differant lengths of time, so it would be hard to set a schedule at this time. I think there will be someone diving at all times of the weekend. I plan to do some dives Friday after setting up, Sat, as well as Sun. There are a couple different sites along the coast I want to check out this weekend. And if people don't want to drive, they can dive right there at Gaviota. There is a pier, and suppose to be rock structure on the west side of it.

Hello everyone,

I made it back home what a weekend! We had a great time. Lots of camping, lots of food, lots of diving, and lots of fun people showed up. Thank you Tevis and Jason for showing up Friday to dive with me. Thanks to the people that drove long distances to this event. And thanks to every last one of you that attended, and made this a huge, successful, and enjoyable weekend.

Thank you again to Rick for coordinating this shindig. Also, I am grateful for spending quality time talking about equipment, diving, diving, reefcheck, diving, DM'ing and of course diving. What a great time. I so enjoyed seeing my Guppy Guru (Claudette) Equipment Guru (Ken) and now unmovable, unshakable TENT Guru (Christian) and everyone else that was there. Wish I coulda stayed. Know tho' guys, that I was so impressed with what Rick said. . . went to the website and signed up. When do I git my nifty ReefCheck ID card?

Thanks to all for a great weekend! Thanks Rick for organizing this, it was a lot of fun! That first night was pretty wild and windy, eh? Too bad I won't be around for most of the summer, although I may be @ SB a few times.
