Tremendous cave diving video - hypnotic!

I’d encourage OC full cave and then CCR Cave, as it tends to produce better and more well rounded divers. There are certainly caves in Mexico where a CCR is great, but often times two Ali 80s and a stage can be a three or four hour dive depending on your consumption. This topic warrants another thread.

Still love this video. That diver looks very comfortable "in that position". Interesting watching some buoyancy adjustments which seem rather odd as he "sank" very quickly.

I'm very curious how the diver's brain perceived being inverted. Like, did they feel like they were upside-down or did it just feel "normal"? I would imagine it would really f*** with your brain

Try it mate a bit at a time your mask seal and reg may mess with you, just not during safety stops
